Payment is done via invoice or a payment link, with a payment method chosen by the client.
Due to the nature of commissioning work, there are no refunds for fulfilled orders.
Unfulfilled orders may be canceled and refunded at Client’s request, however Audio Commissions charges a fee equal to 15% of the total original price, along with any payment processing fees. This is to account for the time and effort spent working on the canceled project.
Commissioned work shall begin upon payment delivery. The length of time for the work will depend upon the scope and complexity of the project. A timing estimate shall be discussed with Client prior, with consideration for potential existing backlogs.
Audio Commissions reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason, though will generally not do so without first attempting to come to a reasonable agreement with Client.
